What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantities are set flexibly based on the ingredient, form (whole, powder, extract and so on) and packaging you need, from smaller trial quantities through to full container loads. Share your requirement with us and we will confirm the right MOQ for your order.
How long does sample development take?
Sample development timelines vary depending on the ingredient, specification and any custom processing involved. Once we understand your requirement, we will give you a clear turnaround estimate before you place an order.
Can you help design my packaging and label?
Yes. We coordinate packaging and label development as part of the service.
How is quality assured across different manufacturing partners?
Every batch is sampled and tested at multiple stages, for colour, aroma, particle size and purity, before it is approved for dispatch.
